One of my creations at work. Pizza of the day: “Olivia” (Olive Oil, Mozzarella, Ham, Kalamata Olives, Mushrooms, Red Onions, Basil).
“I don’t know why I call it Olivia. I guess because it looks feminine to me and 2 ingredients are from olives. Also, the ham’s colour is pink.” - Chef Anne Novo
